NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the bylaws of the Association and Florida’s Condominium Act that the Board of Administration of Association will consider the adoption of the budget for the coming fiscal year of the Condominium and the Condominium Association at the following date, time, and place:
Monday, December 3, 2018 7:00 P.M.

The order of the business for the meeting of the Board of Administration shall be as follows:
1. Calling of roll and certifying of proxies
2. Certification of Quorum
3. Certification of Posting of Notice
4. Open Forum (3 minutes each) on agenda item only.

5. Vote on approval of Reserve Funding for 2019 Budget

Budget Meeting and Partial Reserves
The proposed budgets for fiscal 2019 have been mailed out to all owners. The date of the budget membership meeting has been set for Monday, December 3rd, 7:00 P.M. at the clubhouse. At that meeting the budgets will be formally approved.
Included in the budgets mailing is the proxy to vote funding for the reserves. It is critical that owners fill out and return the proxy which must be received in the LEOA office no later than 5:00 P.M., Friday, November 30th.
According to state statute, the default funding for reserves is fully funded unless voted otherwise by a majority of the owners. Full funding would drastically increase the monthly maintenance fees. The Board recommends that owners vote for partial funding.
